The arrangement

You provide the field. You sell the paint. You pay us a fee per event. We turn up with the crew, run the tournament end-to-end, and hand you back a clean event — with all the reporting you need and none of the running-around you don't.

What's included

What we bring
to your field.

01

Qualified officials

Refs who know the book, paid properly, with the authority and training to make the right call when it matters.

02

Registration & brackets

Team registrations captured in Breakout. Brackets generated, managed, and updated as the day progresses.

03

Timing, scoring & announcements

Breakout runs the match clocks, the scoring, and the PA announcements that drive the day. The whole tournament engine in one tool.

04

Stream overlays on request

If a media company is streaming your event, we can provide live timing overlays for their broadcast — generated by Breakout, matched to what's happening on field.

05

Event reporting

Clean post-event artefacts: results, team standings, an incident log, and a media package you can use.

How it works

  • You enquire. Tell us the date, the field, and roughly what kind of event you want to put on.
  • We scope it. Division structure, number of teams, number of refs, infrastructure on-site. Straightforward conversation.
  • We quote it. A single ops fee for the event. No hidden per-ref add-ons — the crew is our problem.
  • We run it. We arrive, set up the officiating side, run the day, and hand you the reports.

What you handle

The field and its infrastructure. Paint sales. Any marketing you want to do to fill the event. Registration payments from players — that's your relationship with them, your books, your existing payment method. We don't touch that.

What we don't do

We don't take registration payments on your behalf. We don't run your food trucks. We don't sell your paint. Our job starts and ends with the tournament itself — everything you'd rather not have to think about on the day.
